Click to enlarge.At the MHNA monthly meeting held on May 21, 2013, representatives of the YMCA committed to notifying the community of the job vacancies it seeks to fill at the soon-to-be-reopened YMCA Anthony Bowen located at 1325 W Street, NW, on the northeast corner of 14th and W Streets, NW. They anticipate reopening in August 2013.  

Recently the Y provided its list to Councilmember Jim Graham, who forwarded it to us. Over 40 full time positions and over 100 part time positions are available. The positions cover the full spectrum including Community Director, Child Care, Wellness, and Facilities Management.  

To apply for any one of these positions, the Y is providing several opportunities. Please read the announcement to the left for more information:

(4) Visit YMCA National Capital to complete an employment application or submit your resume.

(5) Attend a designated career fair located at 1711 Rhode Island Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. 20036, between 1pm-7pm, to learn more about the positions and participate in an on-site interview.
